A non-refundable payment we agree on is required before work begins.No refunds once the sketching process has started.Minor adjustments can be made during the sketch phase, but major revisions or a complete redesign may require an additional fee.Once the sketch is approved, the final payment is required before completing the artwork.No further changes will be made after the sketch is approved.Final artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.By making the initial payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
